1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Puszus Software ("Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately cease using our website and software. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Digital Goods & No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Puszus Software provides access to intangible, instantly delivered digital goods. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed and a license key is generated. Ensure product compatibility before purchasing.
3. Account & HWID (Hardware ID) Policy
Your license is strictly bound to your computer's Hardware ID (HWID). Account sharing, selling, renting, or transferring is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to reset your HWID once every 30 days free of charge. Attempting to bypass this restriction, or sharing your account, will result in a permanent ban without refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All software, loaders, web interfaces, and graphics are the intellectual property of Puszus Software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or distribute any part of our software. Any attempt to analyze our security infrastructure will trigger automated permanent account termination.
5. Cloud Storage & User-Generated Content
Features like Cloud Configs and Lua Scripts allow you to upload data to our servers. You retain ownership of your creations, but you grant us a license to store and distribute them (if made public). We are not responsible for data loss or any malicious Lua scripts downloaded from the Public Cloud. Use community scripts at your own risk.
6. Assumption of Risk & Fair Use
While we implement industry-leading security measures to keep our software undetected, using third-party modifications in online games inherently carries a risk of account suspension. Puszus Software is not responsible for any damage, loss of game accounts, HWID bans, or digital asset loss resulting from the use of our products. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
7. Data Privacy & Security Logging
To protect our infrastructure, we collect and securely store specific data, including your IP address, HWID, and Discord ID. We employ strict security logging to detect brute-force attacks and account sharing. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Service Availability & Updates
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Game updates may temporarily break software functionality until a patch is deployed. Downtime for game updates is not compensated unless it exceeds 48 hours.
9. Loader Operation & File Storage
To ensure all visual features function correctly, our client loader securely downloads essential static assets (including .tri and .glb 3D models for chams, and .ttf font files for the UI and map rendering). These static files are strictly required for the software to render properly on your screen. All downloaded assets are safely stored in a single, dedicated directory located at C:/puszus. Our software is entirely portable - it does not "install" itself into your system registry, nor does it silently download, install, or execute any hidden .exe files or malicious code. You have full visibility over what is placed in the designated folder.
10. Antivirus Software & False Positives
Because our loader interacts directly with game processes and memory, it is highly likely to be incorrectly flagged as a threat (a "false positive") by Windows Defender or third-party antivirus software. You acknowledge that this is a normal, expected occurrence for this type of software. To successfully run and use the service, you will most likely need to disable your antivirus protections before launching the software.
